Everything is recorded automatically and shown in your partner account. Here's exactly what happens, and the rules that decide it.
Create your account at partners.sprintready.dev/portal/join. Confirm your email and you'll see your referral link (for example app.sprintready.dev/r/k7m2qd) and your six-character referral code. Add your bank details whenever you like; you only need them before your first payment.
There are three ways to make sure a company is credited to you. Use whichever suits the conversation:
It appears in your account straight away as "Signed up". Most teams start with the free 30-credit trial. Nothing is owed yet, and your 12 months haven't started.
From its first payment, you earn 20% of everything it pays us, excluding VAT, for 12 months: credit packs, monthly Professional payments, Enterprise invoices, upgrades and top-ups. Each payment appears in your account with your commission next to it, and we email you when the first one arrives.
The day after each quarter ends (31 March, 30 June, 30 September, 31 December), your payout is prepared for everything you earned up to then and emailed to you.
By bank transfer in pounds within 30 days, with a statement listing every client payment it covers. If you're VAT registered, send us a VAT invoice for the amount and we pay the VAT on top.
A company you referred signs up in January, takes its free trial, and moves to Professional (£825 a month) on 10 February. Its 12 months run from 10 February to 9 February the following year: 12 monthly payments.
| Quarter | Its payments | You earn | Paid to you by |
|---|---|---|---|
| January to March | February, March | £330 | 30 April |
| April to June | April, May, June | £495 | 30 July |
| July to September | July, August, September | £495 | 30 October |
| October to December | October, November, December | £495 | 30 January |
| January to March, next year | January | £165 | 30 April |
| Total | £1,980 | ||
Refunds. If we refund a client, the same share of your commission is taken back automatically. If it was already paid to you, it comes off your next payout.
Other currencies. Some clients pay in euros or dollars. Your commission is worked out on the pounds we actually received, at the rate our payment processor applied. Where that rate isn't available, we use an estimated rate and mark the line "estimated".
Small balances. If you've earned less than £50 by the end of a quarter, it carries forward until it's £50 or more.
Corrections. Occasionally we may add an adjustment, for example after a chargeback. It appears as its own line in your account and on your statement, with the reason.
