How to recommend SprintReady

Everything you need to explain it in a sentence, point to the evidence, and make an introduction, plus the few rules that keep it honest.

In one sentence

"SprintReady reads your design documents and writes developer-ready tickets straight into Azure DevOps or Jira, each one citing the exact section it came from and checked against your live backlog, so your BA isn't typing the backlog by hand."

Who it helps most

  • Medical device, SaMD and digital health teams working to IEC 62304 and ISO 14971
  • Pharma and life-science software teams working to GAMP 5
  • Any team with long specifications and an Azure DevOps or Jira backlog to fill
  • Early-stage companies that need a traceable design history to raise (the free Pre-Seed plan)

Evidence you can share

An introduction email you can adapt

Write it in your own words. Keep the line saying you're a partner.

Hi Sam, You mentioned your team spends days turning the design spec into tickets. Have a look at SprintReady: it reads the spec and writes the tickets into Azure DevOps or Jira, each one traced to the section it came from and checked against what's already in your backlog. You can try it on one of your own documents for free (30 credits, no card): [your referral link] They ran it on a real Apache Kafka design document and it caught problems the real team only found years later: www.sprintready.dev/real-world-test.html Full disclosure: I'm a SprintReady partner, so I'm paid a commission if you become a customer. It doesn't change the price you pay. Best, Alex

Prefer a warm introduction?

If someone would like to talk to us, ask them first, then register the introduction in your account and tick "has agreed to hear from SprintReady". Stu will get in touch personally. If you'd rather introduce us yourself by email, copy in stu@sprintready.dev.

Do

  • Say you're a SprintReady partner and are paid for referrals, every time you recommend it.
  • Recommend it to people you know, or who've asked for something like it.
  • Describe it accurately, and point to the published evidence.
  • Tell people they can try it free before they decide.
  • Ask us if you're unsure about anything: stu@sprintready.dev.

Don't

  • Send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or use bought contact lists.
  • Promise regulatory approval, compliance or results. SprintReady helps teams build a traced backlog; it doesn't certify anything.
  • Present yourself as SprintReady staff, or make offers or discounts on our behalf.
  • Bid on "SprintReady" in paid search ads, or use our name in a domain or social account.
  • Post reviews of SprintReady without saying you're a partner.
